This book is about the massive cultural change that took place in St. Cloud Minnesota over a 10 year period 1997 to 2007. The book looked at a variety of responses including landlord treatment of renters, response from churches, students, political reactions and two important murders that started and ended the cultural unrest. Jerome Jones started it off and a January 2008 murder on Osseo Avenue ended it.
